FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Mississauga, ON): The Credit Valley Hospital and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation today launched a new 48 page full colour magazine to support their patients and families in finding a healthy balance between work and play.
Thrive! isn’t your typical healthcare publication. The health and wellness information is carefully crafted into articles about our day to day lives…written in an entertaining style offering something of interest for everyone…the new parent; the men and women struggling to find balance as members of the “sandwich generation”; new citizens; and seniors navigating through the maze of healthy lifestyle and community support options.
The magazine was launched by hospital president and CEO, Michelle DiEmanuele and hospital foundation president and CEO, Norma Bandler, who said “Credit Valley is building bigger and better patient care support…and to do that, we need to have our community’s understanding, and their support.”
“Thrive! is the perfect vehicle to introduce new residents to the hospital, and healthy lifestyles,” said hospital president and CEO, Michelle DiEmanuele. “The magazine reacquaints long-time Mississauga residents with the hospital and how we’re growing to meet their growing needs. The timing is right for this kind of collaborative initiative between the hospital and the hospital foundation.”
